Surf Shop, Inc. now offers its subscribers an innovative way of earning money.

The main objective of this Program is to generously reward our subscribers for introducing their friends and colleagues to the Surf Shop family. Word of mouth has been central to the success of Surf Shop, and the Network Associate Program is an affirmation on our part to show our subscribers how greatly we appreciate their loyalty to Surf Shop.

This program is also intended to make Surf Shop a real community where every member/subscriber has a connection with one or more other members.

We believe that the Network Associate Program will actually help accelerate the growth of Internet use in the country, and allow people who otherwise cannot afford to connect, to actually get connected. In this way, we we're also empowering more Filipinos by getting more to join the global community that is the World Wide Web.

What differentiates the Network Associate Program from other networking business (multi-level marketing) is that we offer Internet service that requires monthly subscription payment. What this means to you is that, on a monthly basis, you earn a percentage of payments made by all subscribers that you introduce to Surf Shop. You also earn a certain percentage of monthly payments made by all subscribers recruited by Network Associates within your network, up to 5 levels deep. As long as your recruits remain connected to Surf Shop, you will earn commissions month after month, year after year, without having to sell them anything else.

HOW TO JOIN

Subscribe to Surf Shop
Sign-up for Surf Shop's Internet Service. Check out our subscription plans to determine the type of account (number of hours per month) that will suit you. You can either sign-up online or phone our Customer Service at 753-3217 in order to have your account immediately activated.

Apply for the Network Associate Program

Membership to the Network Associate Program (NAP) is absolutely FREE. There are only a few requirements:

1.	You must first be an active subscriber of Surf Shop's Internet service (no overdue accounts).
2.	You must attend a Network Associate Program lecture/seminar at Surf Shop's sales office (see the complete address below).
3.	You must fill out and sign the Network Associate Agreement (provided by Surf Shop after the NAP lecture).

In order to ensure that our Network Associates have complete knowledge of the Network Associate Program, and to provide them with adequate support and guidance, we require applicants to come to our office and attend a lecture given by our Network Associate Program specialists. For this reason we do not accommodate applications by phone or fax.

COMMISSION POLICIES

• You must have at least three (3) Level 1 recruits who made payments during the month in order to qualify for commission during that month.
• The commission that you earn during the month will be available for pick-up at Surf Shop's office on the 15th day of the following month.
• You need to settle any overdue accounts before Surf Shop releases your commission checks.
• If your Internet subscription is 30 days overdue, your commission will automatically be credited to your subscription account. If your total commission does not cover your total overdue account, your Internet account will be temporarily deactivated. Consequently, your status as a Network Associate will also be temporarily suspended.
• You will NOT qualify for commission under any of the following circumstances:
  1. You don't have at least 3 "Level 1" recruits who made payments during the month.
  2. Your subscription has been deactivated due to non-payment of your bills.
  3. You terminated your account.
• All commissions applicable during those months that you did not qualify are automatically forfeited. It is, therefore, important that you maintain enough direct recruits (Level 1) to ensure monthly payments from at least 3 direct recruits, and that you pay your bills on time.
• If you qualify for commissions in a particular month, you will receive commissions on all payments made by direct recruits (Level 1) and indirect recruits (Level 2 to Level 5) with no broken links (disqualified link) for that month.
• If you recruit somebody who makes an annual Internet subscription, you immediately qualify for commission during the month, even if he/ she is your only Level 1 recruit who made payment that month.

RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE

• As a Surf Shop Network Associate, you must always have Internet Subscription Forms with you.
• The Subscription Form, signed by the applicant (your recruit) and the Network Associate sponsor (you), should be submitted to the Surf Shop office, together with the required one-month advance fee.
• Application via fax or phone is not allowed since Surf Shop cannot create the account without the required fee (cash or check) and the signed form. Moreover, it is the network Associate's responsibility to get the free Internet Kit from the Surf Shop office and to deliver it to his/ her recruit.
• Recruiting a friend only requires that you get him/ her to subscribe to Surf Shop's Internet Service. Your recruit doesn't have to sign up for the Associate Program immediately. But if he/ she decides to become an Associate later on, all his/ her future recruits will still be part of your network. The link is permanently established at the time of signing up for Surf Shop's Internet Service.
• You should encourage your recruit to attend the regularly scheduled Network Associate Program seminar.
