| OVERVIEW |
| Surf Shop, Inc. now offers a way to help its subscribers save on
their monthly Internet Bills through a Refer-a-friend Plus! program. It aims to generously reward Surf Shop
subscribers for introducing their friends and colleagues to the Surf Shop family, which
has been central to the success of Suf Shop. |

| WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE WITH OTHER SIMILAR REFERRAL PROGRAMS? |
| Unlike traditional Refer-a-Friend program, the Refer-a-Friend
Plus! is NOT a one time only credit . This means your account gets
credited month after month, year after year, as long as your referral continues to be a Surf Shop
subscriber. |

| HOW MUCH CREDIT DO I GET? |
| Your account gets credited 10% of all Payments ( less
VAT component) made by your referral. This means that if you get 10 of your
friends to subscribe to a plan equal or greater than yours, you basically get your
subscription for FREE. Your credit points actually pay off your monthly subscription. |

| Example: Your referral paid P990 (30hr Plan). Computation of your credits
would be as follows: |
| (1) Remove VAT component from
payment |
| = P990 /
(1+10% VAT) |
| = P900 |
| (2) Apply Referral Credit Rate
(10%) against result of (1) |
| = 10% * P900 |
| = P90 (
This is the amount that will be credited to your bill ) |

| HOW DO I JOIN? |
| The Refer-a-Friend Plus! is open only to Surf
Shop subscribers. Simply, ask your friends to subscribe to us and make sure that they tell
us / or indicate in the subscription form your account ID. ( Failure to inform
us of your Account Id forfeits your referral benefits .) Or, to be sure that your
referral gets properly credited to you, you can download the Subscription Form
, print it and write down your Account Id before distributing it to your friends. |

| IS THERE AN EASIER WAY FOR ME TO REFER A FRIEND? |
| Yes there is. You can simply fill out our Referral Form with your
friend's name and phone number, and our Sales Team will do the rest . We will keep
you posted on the status of all your friends that you have reffered to us . |

| MY FRIEND IS ALREADY A SUBSCRIBER, CAN I STILL MAKE HIM MY
REFERRAL? |
| The referral relationship is established only during account creation
point. As such, existing subscribers can not be made a referral anymore. |

| HOW ABOUT MY PREVIOUS REFERRALS, WOULD I GET CREDIT POINTS FROM THEM? |
| The effectivity of the Refer-a-Friend Plus!
program is not retroactive. Only referrals from October 1,2000 onwards are valid and can
generate credit points for you. |

| WHAT IF MY REFERRAL DID NOT PAY HIS SUBSCRIPTION, DO I STILL GET CREDIT
POINTS? |
| We base your credit points you receive on payments made by your
referrals. Thus, your account would only be credited if we receive payment. |

| WHAT IF I HAVE GENERATED MORE CREDIT POINTS THAN MY MONTHLY BILL? |
| All credits that you get as a result of your referrals would be
matched against your bill. In cases where in you reached the point that your bill
already has a negative balance ( over credit ), you can opt to en-cash it as long as
you've accumulated at least P500. |

| WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I OPT TO ENCASH IT? |
| Simply e-mail us at billing@surfshop.net.ph
that you wish to en-cash your accumulated credits. We will notify you by e-mail as
soon as your check is available for pick-up. (It normally, takes a week for the check to
be prepared.) |
