We are pleased to announce that in our continuing goal to provide better service, we have added payment facilities for your convenience. You may now settle your Surf Shop Internet account using BPI Express Online (Internet), BPI Express Teller (ATM) and BPI Express Phone. These are available to all BPI and Express Teller cardholders so you can enjoy the convenience of bill payment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

BPI Express Online (Internet)

Enrollment Procedure
To enroll, simply visit BPI Online at http://www.bpiexpressonline.com and log-in to Consumer Banking to start your transaction.
Once online, follow these simple steps:

1. Go to Check Free Payments to enroll your bills.
2. Once enrolled, you can now start your Online transaction.
3. You will receive an acknowledgement number in your email to confirm your Check Free payment Transaction for future reference.

BPI Express Teller (ATM)

Enrollment Procedure
To enroll, visit your BPI branch and ask for enrollment procedures to the BPI Express Teller (ATM). Please note that BPI Family Bank does not accept enrollment but once enrolled with BPI you may pay the same at BPI Family Bank ATMs.

Usage Procedure
Once enrolled, follow these simple steps:

1. Visit any BPI or BPI Family Bank Express Teller ATM.
2. On the ATM screen, select Express Payment System.
3. Choose Transaction Payment with Receipt, for future reference.
4. You will be prompted by the ATM for step-by-step instructions on how to settle your Surf Shop, Inc. bill.

BPI Express Phone Check-Free Payment

Enrollment Procedure
To enroll, call 89-100 and dial "0" for a phone banker who can facilitate your Telephone Identification Number (TIN) nomination, or visit your branch of account or the nearest Express Banking Center.

Usage Procedure
Once enrolled, follow these simple steps:

1. Call 89-100.
2. Dial "1" for Express Teller.
3. Enter your 11-digit access number. This is your 10-digit ATM card number which is located at the bottom portion of your ATM card, and the 11th digit is the first of the two numbers at the bottom right corner of your card.
4. Enter your 4-digit Telephone Identification Number (TIN).
5. You will hear a voice prompt. Dial "3" for Check-Free Payment.
6. A voice will prompt you on which account you want to settle via the Check-Free Payment facility. Remember to choose Surf Shop, Inc.
7. You will be issued a 5-digit Payment Acknowledgement Receipt which serves as your transaction reference code.
8. Please remember to enroll for the BPI Express Phone Check-Free Payment.
